Prepaid Verizon Wireless Review
As you probably already know, Verizon has one
of the more reliable wireless networks. So if you're looking for
good coverage as you make calls from many different places, consider
the prepaid Verizon Wireless service. Although Verizon
offers great value on their national plans, their prepaid plan
is not as economical.
They charge an activation fee of $35, which AT&T and Cingular
do not charge. As for their rate plan, it is separated to weekday
minutes for $0.30 and weekend/night minutes for $0.15. Their refill
expiry period policy can scare away some customers as they force
you to spend at least $180 a year (minimum of $15 a month or a
$30 refill every 2 months). They also don't offer any special
incentives for people who use more minutes.
By the way, if you don't refill your account by the expiry date
they will deactivate your phone service. So because of their short
expiry periods, make sure you keep your account active.
The Overall prepaid Verizon Wireless plan is: 3.5/5
